Articles
The Articles section of the journal invites the submission of individual or collaborative texts that present results of recent research, innovative methodological approaches, and systematic theoretical reviews. The articles should follow a clear structure that includes an introduction with the problem statement, objectives, hypotheses, and/or research questions, a research framework that encompasses theoretical-methodological, contextual, and/or the state of the art, a section on findings or research results, as well as conclusions and bibliographic references.
Special Thematic
The Special Thematic section offers the opportunity for one or more coordinators to propose a set of articles focused on a specific topic, composed of at least 6 contributions. These articles must meet the same standards established for scientific articles. The proposal for the special issue should include a detailed description of the topic, covering the problem statement of the section, its main dimensions and delimitations, as well as bibliographic references and summaries of the proposed articles, encompassing a diversity of authors from different disciplines, genders, and generations.
Reviews
The Reviews section of the journal accepts critical reviews of books published recently (in the last 5 years) that address relevant urban-territorial issues. These reviews can be submitted by authors/specialists in the subject and should follow a structure that includes the full bibliographic details of the reviewed book, an introduction, the development of the analysis, and the conclusions.
Public Policy
The Public Policy section will receive critical reviews or well-supported designs of public policies related to urban and/or territorial issues, submitted by one or more authors. The texts must follow a structure that includes an introduction with the problem statement, objectives, hypotheses or questions regarding the public policy, a framework for the policy analysis or design that addresses theoretical-methodological and contextual frameworks, a critical analysis or public policy proposal, conclusions, and bibliographic references.
